Session 4: Love Letters to Our Younger Selves

Each session will include light creative warm-ups, hands-on activities, and opportunities for participants to share, reflect, and celebrate their stories. Max. of 12 participants.

Overview: A gentle, healing writing workshop where participants write letters to their younger selves with love, wisdom, and affirmation.

Activities:

• Guided reflection prompts: “What would you tell your 20-year-old self?”
• Letter writing and (optional) group sharing
• Amanda closes with a spoken word piece on self-love

Takeaway: A sealed envelope containing their letter – optionally included in a collective chapbook.

These storytelling workshops are designed to honor LGBTQ+ elder voices, foster community connections, and create space for personal expression through poetry, visual art, music, and memory. Amanda Shea will guide each session with care, creativity, and intention.
