Let go of stress. Take a breath. This is your break.

Modern life doesn’t leave much space for stillness—but your nervous system needs it. Exhale is a one-hour sound bath designed to help you reset, recover, and return to yourself.

You’ll be guided through a meditative sound journey using live instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and handpan. These soothing vibrations support deep rest, helping to quiet your mind, ease tension, and bring your body back into balance.

Come solo or bring a friend—this is your invitation to pause.

What to Expect:

🎶 A full-body listening experience with grounding, meditative sounds
🧘 A chance to slow down, breathe, and release stress
🛑 No prior meditation experience needed—just come ready to relax

What to Bring:

To stay cozy and comfortable, we recommend bringing:

  • A blanket and pillow (or anything to support lying down)
  • A cushion if you prefer to sit
  • An eye mask (optional)
  • Comfortable clothing

Yoga mats will be available to borrow, or feel free to bring your own.
