Our Transformative Power: If Not Us, Who? Building the Next Generation of Trans Leadership

This half-day conference has been created by and for trans and gender-expansive people to explore how our lived experiences shape the ways we lead, the communities we cultivate, and the care we offer ourselves along the way. Through speakers, interactive workshops, community partner resources, and opportunities for networking and connection, participants will reflect on their own leadership journeys while learning alongside trans and gender-expansive peers from across Greater Boston.
