Basic Fermentation Workshop
Learn the art and science of Lacto-fermentation and make your own probiotic-rich pickled vegetables! Join us at Roundhead Brewing Company for a fun and educational experience. Presented by Ana Crowley, Rozzie Bound Worker-owner and former restaurant owner and chef, this workshop leads attendees through the process of preserving vegetables with jar fermentation. Participants bring their own cutting boards and chef style knife, we will provided fresh produce, seasoning spices, a jar, and compressing tools. Tickets will include a drink token for a Roundhead beverage, a copy of the book, Wild Fermentation by Sandor Ellix Katz, and each participant will leave with their own jar of preserved vegetables!
