“How Can I Help?” Book Discussion

August 23 @ 10:00 am11:30 am
Free

Doug Tallamy is a must read for those interested in ecological conservation that starts in your own backyard. His most recent book, How can I help: saving nature with your yard, is full of answers to all the questions that might come up in the process of landscaping with native plants. But don’t just do it (or read about it) by yourself! Join this book discussion facilitated by Keep Hyde Park Beautiful and connect with others in our community who are also eager to make a difference. Together, we’ll explore how to put these ideas into action, share experiences, and learn how our individual efforts can collectively help restore the natural world, starting right outside our door in Hyde Park.

Copies of the book are available for checkout at the library circulation desk. No registration needed to attend the Book Club meeting.
