Grow Your Own Microgreens!
We Grow Microgreens will be teaching a “Grow Your Own Microgreens” class from 12pm – 1pm on Sunday, March 30th, at Roundhead Brewing Company in Hyde Park. This class will include information about how to grow microgreens at home as well as give participants a chance to grow a variety of different microgreens. Attendees will be walked through the process step-by-step of how to seed, water, and germinate their microgreens. At the end of the class, everyone will leave with their own pot of pea shoots, radish, broccoli, and basil that you can care for and watch grow at home.
There are endless ways to use microgreens, including in salads, smoothies, sandwiches, omelets, and pesto. Not to mention, they are perfect to top off all of your favorite meals!
Ticket price includes:
